Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee. In exceptional circumstances, we may waive these fees at our discretion. Refunds for services already provided are not available unless the service was not performed according to professional standards.

Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of our staff and other clients, you must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect your treatment. You must not attend appointments if you are unwell, have any contagious conditions, or have active skin infections in the treatment area.
